The rooms
Villa Gioma is rented as a whole, so the rooms are not booked separately: they are all yours, and you decide who sleeps where. There are six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Twelve guests sleep comfortably; with cribs and extra beds the house takes fourteen. Below you find every room photographed, bathroom included, with its floor, so you can plan the house before you arrive.
Room 1, ground floor
The only bedroom downstairs, next to the living room, with a sofa bed that converts into a proper bed and a private bathroom with shower. It is the room for grandparents, for a couple with a baby, or for whoever prefers not to take the stairs, and during the day it doubles as a quiet study.

Room 2, first floor
Under the original beams, with a window on the hills. King bed, wardrobe, private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Air conditioning and heating, like every room in the house.

Room 3, first floor
A king bed that splits into two singles on request, which makes it the natural room for teenagers or friends traveling together. Private bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Room 4, first floor
Stone wall, beams and a king bed facing the window. Private bathroom with shower. On clear mornings the light comes in from the valley side.

Room 5, first floor
The second convertible room: king bed or two singles on request. It comes with an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Room 6, attic
The most secluded room in the house, on the attic floor, with its own bathroom. From up here the view reaches the hills and, on clear days, a glimpse of the sea.

Good to know
All bedrooms have air conditioning, heating, bed linen and towels, a wardrobe, blackout curtains and a power outlet by the bed. The upper floors are reached by stairs only. Cribs for children up to three are free on request; two high chairs are available. The whole house is non-smoking. Bathrooms come with hair dryer, slippers and complimentary toiletries. If you would like the beds set up in a particular way before you arrive, tell us when you book.
